    Golfing Paradise

A mecca for golfers with 14 championship courses, the mild climate of Worcester County makes the game a pleasure to play throughout the year. Golfing is a year-round sport in Worcester County and continues to grow in numbers. With over a dozen courses, golfers have a wide variety to choose from. Our courses have the distinction of offering island greens, with designs by top names like Gary Player and Pete and PB. Dye, and locations on the Sinepuxent Bay, Atlantic Ocean and on the St. Martin and Pocomoke Rivers.

The Delmarva Peninsula features over fifty courses from Wilmington, Delaware to Cape Charles, Virginia, making this region an ideal golfing destination. A number of golf tournaments are held annually in the resort area, many to raise money for charitable causes. Check local golf clubs below for upcoming events.
