Visit the boardwalk on Monday or Tuesday nights between July 10-September 4 to catch fireworks over the beach.

Every Sunday night at 7:00 p.m., Northside Park is packed with live music and concert-goers lounging lazily on picnic blankets and lawn chairs while snacking on tasty ice cream sundaes. Watch the sky change into mind-boggling colors of pink, orange and purple over Assawoman Bay. Don’t leave before 9:00 p.m.— that’s when the firework show will kick off.

Sunset Park Party Nights Summer Concert Series in Sunset Park

The boardwalk strikes again with another must-see series of night events. Music lovers can enjoy free concerts by talented musicians while watching the sunset in the backdrop. Bring comfortable lawn chairs and picnic blankets for a more enjoyable experience. Drinks and snacks are available for purchase on the premises.
 
 Ocean City Beach Dance Parties
Every Tuesday from July 18 to August 29
 Put on your best dance moves at Caroline Street Stage, located on the beach, where free concerts are held weekly. Each dance party has its own theme including “60s Night,” “80s Night” and “90s Night.” The party lasts from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
 
Greek Festival Greek Festival
July 28-31
In Ocean City, the Roland E. Powell Convention Center will celebrate its cultural heritage by allowing the public to sample Greek food and buy art. Visitors will enjoy live Greek folk dance performances and enter contests to win prizes of up to $10,000. This free event is full of traditional dancing, authentic pastries and plenty of arts and craft vendors to stock up on Greek goods.

The 18th annual Blessing of the Combines event starts at 10 a.m. on Green Street in Snow Hill with live music and activities, followed by The Parade of Combines. The summer tradition has lots of children’s activities like a barnyard petting zoo, hayrides, tractor pulls and games. The event will end with late night dancing under the stars.

Artists and art lovers will love this event. Artists will take to Ocean City’s boardwalk, streets, harbors and marshes to paint “en plein air,” the technique of painting outdoors in nature. The weekend event includes plein air painting, a wet paint sale, quick draw competition and an opening reception.
 
Art League of OC Free Family Art Days
September 30
Bring the kids along to participate in The Kindess Project’s newest event where they can learn to appreciate art and nature. Children are invited to paint rocks to become a permanent decoration in the Inspiration Garden at the Center for the Arts. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
